Custom Prints
We aim to finish all custom prints within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. As each product is individually made shortly after an order is placed they take a little longer to prepare. Some products are custom printed and sewn after the order is placed which results in extra production time. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they are ready.
Standard Courier Delivery
The Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 24-48 working days after the order has been placed. We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx for our deliveries. We will help choose the right delivery method for your products. Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska will cost more.
International Shipping
If your delivery address is not in the United States, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; MyMemorialFast.com refers to each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
